Bottle embryo testing machine is an automatic testing equipment that can improve the appearance quality of bottle embryo and optimize the production process. The defects of bottle embryo mostly occur at the mouth, shoulder and bottom. Among them, the camera placed at the bottle mouth can collect the image of the mouth surface to check the defects such as flash, bottle mouth gap and black spot dirt, and can also collect the image of the inner wall of the mouth to check the defects such as black spot dirt on the bottle wall. Three cameras are placed at every 120 degrees on the side of the screw mouth to check the size, black spot, flash and other defects of the bottle mouth thread and bottle shoulder area 360 degrees without blind area.
The bottle embryo visual inspection system is mainly divided into four units: material distribution unit, visual inspection unit, defective product elimination unit and discharging unit.
The visual inspection unit adopts multiple sets of visual processing systems according to the size of the product to conduct all-round inspection on the roundness of the product bottle mouth, the damage of the bottle mouth, the black spot of the bottle mouth, the dirt on the bottle body, the bubbles on the bottle body, the flash, and the uneven thickness.
The visual inspection equipment can be connected with the production equipment such as bottle blowing machine and bottle sorting machine to inspect each product one by one, so as to realize the systematic production from material sorting, detection, discharging to packaging, thus optimizing the production process, improving the detection efficiency and accuracy, and reducing the enterprise's labor cost.
